How a Bench-Top Filter Works

The diverter valve fits onto your existing kitchen tap spout. When you want filtered water, you flip the diverter and the tap flow redirects through a tube into the bench-top filter housing, through the cartridge, and out through the filter's own small dispensing tap on the housing body. When you want plain tap water (filling pots, washing up), you flip the diverter back and the tap flows normally out the spout.

No plumbing, no permanent install, no landlord conversation. When you move, you take the filter with you.

What This Filter Does

• 5 micron carbon block cartridge — removes chlorine, taste, odour, and a range of organic chemical contaminants
• Coconut-shell activated carbon — higher surface area per gram than coal-based carbon for better adsorption capacity

Cartridge Service

Replace the carbon cartridge every 6–12 months depending on use. Replacement available as a single coconut carbon block — the same 10" × 2.5" format used across the Enviro Aqua under-sink and whole-house ranges.

Diverter Compatibility

The included diverter fits standard modern Australian kitchen tap spouts. For older taps with non-standard spout threads, the rubber adapter diverter may be required. If you're unsure, measure your tap spout thread before ordering.
