A pack of 5 × 1/4" straight joiners — the most basic but most-used fitting in any RO installation. Pure inline splice: connect two pieces of 1/4" tubing end-to-end with a leak-free, tool-free push-fit joint.
Where Inline Joiners Are Needed
A single roll of 1/4" tubing isn't always long enough or shaped right for the full run from filter to faucet. Situations needing joiners:
- Extension of a too-short tube
- Repair of a damaged or kinked section without replacing the full run
- Joining sections cut from different rolls
- Strategic splice points for future-proof access (cut here later to add a stage)
For a full residential RO install, you typically use 2-4 joiners across the system — making the 5-pack the right buying quantity.
Installation
- Cut both tube ends square (clean perpendicular cuts)
- Push first tube fully into one end of the joiner (~17mm)
- Push second tube fully into the other end
- Pull gently on both to confirm engagement
Leak-free, no thread tape, no clamps, no tools.
