Enviro Aqua offers shipping across Australia, with deliveries to all major cities and regional areas. Items are shipped the same business day if received before 12pm, or the next business day if received after 12pm.

Exchange or Return of Goods

Enviro Aqua accepts returns for products that are damaged or faulty upon delivery. If you receive a damaged or faulty item, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. Please note that products in good working condition or undamaged items are not eligible for return.

Conditions for Return

To qualify for a return of a damaged or faulty product:

  • The product must be in its original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and documentation intact.
    Proof of purchase from Enviro Aqua’s online store is required.
  • A clear description or evidence (e.g., photos) of the damage or fault must be provided when requesting a return.

Return Process

  1. Initiate the Return: Contact our customer service team at info@enviroaqua.com.au within 14 days of receiving the damaged or faulty item.
  2. Please provide your order number and a description, along with any necessary evidence, of the damage or defect.
  3. If the product is approved for return, we will provide you with return shipping instructions. Enviro Aqua will cover all shipping costs for approved returns of damaged or faulty products.
  4. Follow the provided instructions to ship the product back to us in its original packaging.

Refund or Replacement: Once we receive and inspect the product, we will notify you of the status of your refund or replacement. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method, or we may provide a replacement product as per your preference and availability.
